I've done coaching before but it was nothing like Success Focused Coaching. I wanted to double my business income in 2022 but didn't know how. Eli has been absolutely amazing in helping me holistically discover where I'm at, not just in my business but also helping uncover what makes me tick and motivates me. Eli helped me develop a plan of focused activities that I was actually willing and excited to do and is always helping me uncover my limiting beliefs holding me back so I can see what is possible... and then helping me do whats necessary to get there.

Eli is like a mindset Yoda, turning my previously "unattainable" goals into Achievable Outcomes. Not yet half-way through the year and I've already made the same income this year, as I did all of last year and now the momentum, new healthy habits and mindset have set in and are driving my big results in a business I love, so that I have the time and financial freedom to really focus on what I love in life.

I reached out about Success Focused Coaching feeling unsure of the next steps in my business, grateful that it had grown, but feeling like the business was running me - I was working until 11-12 every night, at least one full day each weekend, and I missed my husband and time with my son. Success Focused Coaching promised to help me grow my business while working the same amount or less. I was so burnt out that I was more than ready. To put it more quantitatively...7 months into coaching with Eli, I have:

- Only worked a few weekend hours over the last two months

- Purchased our forever home on a large lot with a home office, second dog and plenty of outdoor space for my family

- Become a certified mentor

- Set clear goals that brought business priorities into focus and got me into "action" mode

- Picked up my 3 year old from school before 5 almost every day

- Capped with my brokerage so I'm earning 100% of my commissions and then went on to write my "ICOND deal" - when it closes I'll be ICON status with several months to spare before my cap resets

- Hired and trained my own full time in-house virtual assistant

- Applied for an eXp team, written my team agreement and am actively interviewing for buyers agents

- Moved into taking predominantly listings

- Taken my first kid-free vacation ever, and taken several family trips and vacations (something I felt too guilty or overwhelmed to allow myself to do previously!)

- Worked through a marketing training program that I purchased over a year ago but could never schedule myself to do

- Joined a church that is a PERFECT fit for our family

- Had time to read books for pleasure! 

- Learned to release relationships or people with negative opinions that don't support me, allowing room for friendships and relationships with people who have similar dreams, ambition, marriages and willingness to support one another

- Been sober for over six months, an important fitness and health goal for me

- Maintained a regular exercise routine

- Stopped working in the evenings - allowing for downtime and family time

- Learned important skills like future pacing, meditation, and time blocking

- Adopted and began actually routinely using a CRM

- Begun learning the basics of NLP, anchoring and tapping

Looking back on these last several months, I cannot believe I've experienced so many positive changes - Success Focused Coaching won't just 10X your business...it's truly a WHOLE LIFE UPGRADE. You may think, like I did, that coaching was sitting and listening to someone tell you how to use their systems. And in that case you'd be wrong.When I spoke with a mentor about hiring a coach he asked me what I wanted. I said I was decently skilled, had no formal training and thought I should be able to do more business. He asked us (me and my husband) a few questions, and paired us up with Eli and we've jived so well since day 1. My husband and I were really at a crossroads, we work super well together, we wanted to be able to take our respective businesses and run them simultaneously with the same underlying ambitions. We just had no idea how to get there. Eli told us on the very first day this wasn't marriage counseling. And we didn't need that, our marriage was rock solid. And ultimately that's why my husband and I didn't want to work together, I was scared to ruin our marriage just to go make money. And money without a partner to enjoy life with isn't worth it.
 
In 1 year with weekly coaching with Eli we've hired 6 employees, we've gotten our weekends back, and we are so focused on exactly what we want and where we want to go. For the first time in a long time I totally think we can get there. I feel like our business is stable and it's something worth showing up for. I feel like we're "doing the thing" but it looks like we want it to. There is a market correction coming, but I could care less because a year of coaching has given me the confidence to take it on and come out the other side.

Weekly, through working with, Eli he pulls the answers out of us. I'm working towards these goals I've set more diligently because I chose them for myself. They aren't some preset path I'm half following. I'm a rockstar at putting on a brave face and plowing through anything thrown at me, and Eli sees right through it and digs down to give me the tools to succeed with these traits: confidence, contentment and ambition. Just enough of all three seems to be my recipe for success.
