About the Creator
Hi, I'm Eli Schaugh, the creator of the Business Success Clinic. As an independent business owner, I've attended countless business planning workshops throughout my career. Honestly, most of them were pretty bad, a couple were decent, and I learned a lot about what I wasn't willing to do to grow my business. All of them tried to teach me that my success was based on my ability to make decisions that always put my business ahead of my personal life. In my opinion, this is the most dangerous lesson these workshops tried to teach. Now that I work as a marriage and family therapist, I've learned how to help people plan for the life they want by including the people who are the most important to them. It can be very detrimental, even painful, to plan to achieve success all by yourself. If you do, then the most important relationships in your life may suffer the consequences, and achievement in business is worthless if it costs you the most precious people in your life. My goal as your trainer is to help you achieve success while nurturing your important relationships so that you can have the life you want, not just more money in your bank account. When you join me in the Business Success Clinic, you will learn how to prioritize action steps, and a mindset, that support what success truly means to you.
